1. Introduction

These Terms govern the use of Link Inspector (“Link Inspector”), a service operated by Hoye Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15819295, with its registered office at 83 Gloucester Road, BN1 4AP.

By using Link Inspector, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The bot analyses links for security risks, including detecting suspicious redirects, missing security headers, and checking against third-party security databases. It provides alerts and recommendations based on its findings.

However, Link Inspector does not replace traditional security software and should be used as an additional tool for awareness.

3. Liability Limitations

•We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

•We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or security breaches resulting from undetected threats or inaccurate results.

•The Service relies on third-party security databases for link verification. We do not control their data processing, accuracy, or decisions and make no guarantees about the reliability or correctness of their assessments.

• Users acknowledge that assessments from third-party security databases may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

•Users assume full responsibility for any risks associated with clicking links, even if scanned by Link Inspector.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Users are responsible for cancelling their own subscriptions. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel.

•Payments are processed via Stripe and are linked to the user’s Telegram ID.

•Subscriptions are recurring, and users may cancel at any time. Service access remains available until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Once Link Inspector has processed at least one link after payment, the Service will be considered used, and refunds will not be issued.

•Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

• Spam, misuse, or attempt to bypass rate limits.

•Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

•Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

•Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service.

•Distribute, share, or resell access to Link Inspector without permission.

The Service enforces daily rate limits to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these terms.
