  • Telegram ID: We collect and store your Telegram ID to provide access to the Service, manage subscriptions, and track referral program participation. Telegram IDs are stored for as long as necessary to provide the Service, unless a user requests deletion. 
  • Payment Information: Payments are processed through Stripe. We store transaction records linked to users’ Telegram IDs for as long as legally permissible. We do not store payment card details.  
  • Scanned URLs: Scanned URLs are retained indefinitely to enhance detection accuracy and prevent abuse. We periodically review stored data to ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements

 

  1. How We Use Your Information  

We process your data based on the necessity to perform our contract with you (i.e., providing access to the Service), our legitimate interests (improving our systems), and our legal obligations (maintaining financial records).

  • To verify and manage your access to the Service.  
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.  
  • To improve our security detection systems.  
  • To track referral program participation and detect re-signups.  
  • We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties, except where required for security checks (e.g., third-party security databases).

  • User data is stored securely, and access is restricted to approved team members only.  
  • Data is retained indefinitely unless a deletion request is received.  
  • Users may request deletion of their Telegram ID by contacting support at [email protected]. Identity verification via Telegram may be required before processing such requests.  

 

  1. Third-Party Services  
  • Payments are handled by Stripe, subject to their own privacy policies.  
  • URLs submitted for scanning are checked against third-party security databases. Only URLs are sent—no user-identifiable information is shared. Users should review third-party security database providers’ policies to understand how they handle these URLs.  

  • We do not control how third-party security databases process or retain submitted URLs. Users are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of these providers before using the Service.

 

  1. User Rights  

  • Users have the right to request a copy of their stored personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Requests can be submitted by emailing [email protected]. 

  • Users can request deletion of their Telegram ID by emailing [email protected].  
  • Deletion requests require identity verification through Telegram response.  

 

  1. Data Breach Policy  
  • In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified directly through the Telegram bot as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 72 hours after detection, in accordance with UK GDPR.
  • We take reasonable steps to secure stored data and prevent unauthorised access.
